Pathway Homes was deeply honored at the November Fairfax County Board of Supervisors meeting where we received a resolution in recognition of our 45 years of service to Northern Virginia and Fairfax County.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the work we hold closest to our mission: ensuring that individuals with complex behavioral health needs have not only a safe, permanent home, but also a community that values their voice, their dignity, and their leadership.
“We are grateful to the Board of Supervisors for acknowledging Pathway Homes’ commitment to keeping the individuals we serve at the center of every conversation, said Sylisa Lambert-Woodard, President and CEO of Pathway Homes. “The Board’s resolution highlighted something that defines who we are as an agency–our belief that those with lived experience must help guide the systems that impact their lives.”
