The Pathway Homes employee family includes more than 70 members. Most staff members are a part of the clinical team, providing direct client services or supervision. Other employees include accountants, housekeepers, food services workers, maintenance technicians, and office or professional support. Pathways also benefits from the involvement of volunteers.
