We are a nonprofit, Housing First organization providing services for adults with severe mental illnesses, substance use disorders and a history of homelessness.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing & Events Associate in our main Office located in Fairfax, VA. This position has some telework capacity.

What Will You Be Doing? 

Design, produce and disseminate marketing material.

-Design, produce and disseminate marketing material.

– Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and community partners

– Maintain agency social media platforms

– Oversee and organize agency events, including securing venues, creation of event themes, and coordination of vendors and volunteers

– Directly manage volunteer recruitment, supervising internal, on-going volunteers and overseeing management of external volunteer management company for large scale projects

– Participates in special projects as needed

Required qualifications  Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.  Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and/or media.  Customer service experience.  Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, CANVA, Constant Contact and Adobe Suites.
