The consumer-directed model empowers individuals by promoting individual rights, peer-to-peer support, and self-sufficiency in a solution focused approach to recovery.
Pathway Homes, founded in 1980, provides supportive residential mental health services to over 400 adults embracing recovery from serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders in 174 scattered-site properties in Northern Virginia.
