Payroll Accountant

An immediate full time opportunity is available for an individual to be responsible for the administration of all aspects of payroll for 100+ employees. Major responsibilities include: bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried full-time and part-time employees; monthly reconciliation of all payroll related general ledger accounts; monthly reconciliation of payroll bank accounts, vacation and sick accruals; payment and record keeping of employee benefit accounts including medical, dental, life and disability insurance.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, one year of experience processing payroll, and proficiency working in Excel. The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws, have good bookkeeping skills, be detail oriented, be a strong communicator both orally and written, be a multi-tasker and strong a team player.

Salary starts at $32,159 a year with excellent benefits.


Mental Health Counselor III

A full time supervisory position is immediately available. This position provides intensive case management and support services in a 24-hour residential setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain supervisory as well as program managment experience.

This position requires a Master's Degree in psychology, social work or a related field and three years of related experience.

Salary starts in the high 30's with excellent benefits.


Mental Health Counselor II

These are full time clinical positions providing case management and intensive support services for consumers in our community-based programs. We are seeking creative, recovery-oriented individuals with a Masters degree in a related field and a minimum of one year experience in case management, mental health, or residential services. Consumers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary starts at $17.15 per hour with excellent benefits.


Mental Health Counselor I

Full time (40 hours a week) positions are immediately available providing mental health support services in a residential setting for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. The schedules for these positions require weekend and evening hours. Bachelor's degree required in psychology, social work or related field. Consumers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Mental Health Counselor I -- Awake Overnight

A full time position is immediately available at a residential facility for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. This position requires extended weekend overnight shift work. Bachelor's degree required in psychology, social work or related field. Consumers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Cook

Two positions (one full time and one weekend part time) are available for cooks at a 36-bed assisted living facility serving adults with mental health issues in Fairfax, Virginia. Candidates should have demonstrated cooking and food handling experience and an ability to work well with the residents of the facility. The part time position also has opportunities for additional "as needed" hours. Candidates with a Food Handlers Certificate will be given priority.

Salary starts at $11.77 per hour.


Relief Counselors

There are on-going openings for Relief Counselor (PRN) positions. These positions require a BA in psychology, social work, or a related field. Some experience working with the seriously mentally ill in a residential setting is required. These positions are responsible for providing shift coverage on an as needed basis in Pathways' 24-hour supervised housing facilities.

This is a great opportunity for those seeking extra income on a flexible basis.

Salary starts at $14.27 per hour depending on experience.
