We have an immediate opening for a full-time Data Quality Specialist in Fairfax, VA

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will be doing a variety of tasks related to data and information management. You will create documents to manage data, coordinate with staff to collect data, and enter it into databases or spreadsheets accurately. You will generate reports from databases and spreadsheets and support quality review of administrative records and processes to ensure quality.
Job Requirements: 2-4 years of general human resources experience. Advanced MS Office skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Extremely organized and excellent record keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Two years experience with Microsoft Office and EXCEL spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field. Advanced EXCEL, or basic SQL scripting experience.
Compensation: starts in the low $30s
