Job Summary: A full-time position with excellent benefits is immediately available as part of a dynamic and diverse team at our administrative office located in Fairfax, VA. Salary is in the mid-high $40’s.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing benefit administration including: the HRIS database of employee information; point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefit inquiries; compile and manage employee files; benefit administrator for dental, life, health and other insurance plans; maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain and enroll employees in on-line training system, conduct on-boarding of new employees, and coordination of payroll benefits and deductions.
Job Requirements: 2-4 years of general human resources experience. Advanced MS Office skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Extremely organized and excellent record keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications: BA/BS, preferably in Human Resources. 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources and payroll experience.
