Job Summary: A full-time 40-hour position is immediately available at Pathway Homes, Inc. This position is responsible for the overall management of assigned properties to satisfy the requirements of the landlord and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties, and to meet the financial objectives of Pathway Homes.
The position provides direct daily oversight and overall supervision of maintenance technicians, and coordinates and assures the work of contracted vendors.
Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm with rotating On-Call responsibilities evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements:High School Diploma. At least 3 years direct supervisory experience in residential property management. Working knowledge of customer service principles. Working knowledge of contracts and agreements. Working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance. Computer proficiency including MS Office and property management software. Demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure managing multiple tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s degree or relevant license/certification. Direct experience supervising and performing maintenance and/or property management for affordable multi-family residential environment. Experience with YARDI property management software. Bilingual in Spanish.
