Job Summary: We are looking to fill one full-time position. This position joins an existing teams of property management, maintenance, and administrative staff providing supportive housing to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in the community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for completing tenant certifications, assisting with leasing and unit transitions, and maintaining primary and back-up responsibilities for a variety of housing-related administrative tasks.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of HUD Occupancy regulations and Fair Housing, Accounting/Bookkeeping experience, Ability to work with individuals with severe mental illnesses, and experience working with property management software - YARDI, a bonus.
