Position: Certification Specialist

Pathway Homes has an immediate opening for a Certification Specialist. This full-time position is primarily responsible for completing income certifications based on HUD Multifamily projects, and completion of tenant leases. This position also performs a variety of housing-related and administrative support duties and must be able to collaborate with clinical teams internally and externally. The position is Monday to Friday with no On-Call responsibilities. Required: High School Diploma, demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
Preference is given to candidates with working knowledge of HUD occupancy regulations, experience working with individuals with severe mental illnesses, co-occurring substance use and other disabilities, and/or experience with YARDI or other similar property management software. Salary starts at $30,945.
