2014 has been an exciting and information-filled year so far as we have provided an opportunity once every quarter, for family members to get together for information, networking, and support. So far this year we explored Advanced Directives, and Medication and Physical Health. After taking the summer off, we are set to wrap up the year with our annual presentation from our CEO on the state of the agency. This event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday November 19, 2014 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Pathways Main Office located at 10201 Fairfax Boulevard, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Formal invitations will be mailed out at the end of October. Topics for 2015 will also be explored at the November event.
As always, we encourage family members to be active participants of these meetings and welcome suggestions for future presentations. We typically hold the meetings once a quarter, on the last Wednesday of November, February, April and July from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Pathways Administrative Office, 10201 Fairfax Boulevard, Suite 200, Fairfax VA 22030. Invitations to the quarterly meeting are mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to the meeting date and a reminder sent out via email approximately one week before the date.
